What’s the difference between the T8 engine and the Polestar Engineered engine?

The T8 eAWD Plug-in Hybrid uses the same engine as the T6 but adds a powerful and highly efficient electric motor and battery pack. Combined, they provide 400 hp and 472 lb-ft.
The XC60 Polestar Engineered gets a high-output version of the plug-in hybrid powertrain that gets the Polestar calibration on every level to not only provide more power, but also a much better driving experience on all levels. It outputs 415 hp and 494 lb-ft of torque and lets the XC60 go from zero to 100 km/h in only 5.4 seconds.
