With the 2021 Volvo S60, you get three engine options starting with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 250 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque. Right out of the gate the Volvo S60 provides better performance than its competition.

Next up is the Volvo S60 T6 which features the same engine, but Volvo engineers have added a supercharger to the mix which means you get 316 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox.

The 2021 Volvo S60 is available with a T8 plug-in hybrid engine that features an impressive 400 horsepower. This engine powers the T8 Polestar S60 which will more exclusive and sit at the top of the Volvo S60 range. Because it is a plug-in hybrid, it delivers 35 kilometres of range which means most of your daily trips will happen without the need for fuel. And if you want even more performance, check out the Polestar Engineered model with a total output of 415 horsepower.
